​    Hi, I am The Rescue Ranger in Florida.  I’ve been rescuing cats off the streets for several years now.  With the help of Save Our Strays, I have re-homed over 250 cats In Florida.  I would never have been able to do what I do, without Save Our Strays.  One by one, I rescue the cats off the street, get them the medical help that they need, socialize them and get them ready for their forever home.  Save Our Strays has helped me to help them to have a better life.  I so appreciate them for helping all of these animals in need.  The picture above, shows just a few cats having dinner together - that’s their favorite time of the day.  Thanks again, to Save Our Strays!

Cody Blue was a domestic cat that was dumped by his owner at a Home Depot parking lot. I came across him while feeding a colony of cats.  At first, he didn’t look so bad, and I thought I’d go back the next day and get him out of there.  After I trapped him, I realized how injured he was.  Thanks to Save Our Strays, I brought him straight to the vet, and they got him cleaned up and tested for diseases, and updated his shots and low and behold he became this beautiful Cody blue!!  I contacted the owner because he had a microchip, she claimed that she had given him to someone else.  People don’t want to admit they’re wrong-doing.  They’re either embarrassed or maybe they feel that they didn’t do anything wrong.  Look at Cody Blue’s before, and after picture.  Does that look like dumping him at a Home Depot was the right thing to do? Thank God for Save Our Strays helping us to get these animals off the street.
