MEET ROXY
 
            As we give thanks for the food on our table, and a roof over our heads don’t forget about the homeless people.  The reason that I bring this up, is because Roxy was socialized by a homeless person that lives in the woods in a tent.  I met him one day, feeding the feral cats, and I would bring him cookies once in a while. Well, being that he lives alone in the woods, he would take one cat at a time and socialize it and, call me when it was ready for a home.  Roxy was one of those cats.  With the help of Save Our Strays, I got her spayed and all her shots have been done.  She is by far one of the friendliest cats I’ve ever seen.  Thanks to a homeless man that cares, along with the teamwork of Save Our Strays, this cat has a chance at getting a good home and getting off the streets.  So, let’s give thanks to people who care while we are eating our turkey dinners this holiday season. Remember, there are homeless cats out there just like homeless people, that would really love to have a meal.  Take the time, and rescue an animal, and help a homeless person also.  It will bring you joy that you have done something great.  Enjoy your holiday season!b
