          Good news!  If you remember the story last month about the abandoned little white, and Calico cat, here is the happy ending. 
          We were able to find a wonderful woman named Tammy, through another group here in South Carolina.  She was able to use a “drop trap” to get the cat.
 
          The little cat, who I call Calie, made friends with me and I after I placed the food under the trap, she walked right in.  It was painless, and quick.
 
          She was immediately taken to a veterinary clinic, where she was given antibiotics for an Upper Respiratory Infection, and a few days later she was spayed.  She also received all her shots.  Calie is about 5 years old, very friendly and loves to talk.  She is now at a foster home awaiting a forever home.  I wish all rescue stories could end like this.
