NALA                                                                   NALA’S KITTENS
 
FIERCE LITTLE NALA
 
Nala was a young, shy petite little stray, who was once someone’s baby, and was discarded.  She found her way to the patio of one of our South Carolina associates. One night, she delivered five tiny babies in an outdoor feral enclosure.  As Nala was really just a baby herself, she had no clue how to care for her little ones and they were hopelessly entangled in their umbilical cords, and birth membranes. They would certainly have perished miserably, if they hadn’t been found by our partner and painstakingly separated and cleaned up.  Nala, and the babies were then taken inside and set up in a spare room where she settled, and began to nurse and care for them.  Our partner fostered the family thru weaning, after which the kittens then transferred to another foster, and we proceeded to fully vet Nala in preparation for adoption.
 
Once her medical work was completed, (testing, vaccinations, spay and microchip), Nala was successfully adopted into a wonderful indoor-only home. Her new adopters check in often with glowing reports.
 
The babies, Donnie, Dennis, Destiny, Delilah and Demi, are also now in the process of completing their vetting, and will be campaigned for adoption as well.  Six beautiful lives saved!
 
          All the rescues can be accomplished because we have the Trust for medical.  We need Administrative funds to stay here to continue doing this.
